Le Havre FC has signed forward Josh Maja, who was recently a free agent. The Ligue 1 club announced the acquisition of the Nigeria international after his contract with West Bromwich Albion expired.
Maja, 27, departed EFL Championship side West Bromwich Albion following the conclusion of a three-year agreement.
The move brings Maja back to Ligue 1, where he previously played for Bordeaux. He will be expected to contribute offensively for Le Havre as they continue their season. The club has yet to comment on how Maja will fit into their tactical setup or when fans can expect to see him make his debut.
