Doja Cat Requests Feature From Elon Musk While Insulting Him on X

On Wednesday, recording artist Doja Cat took to the social media platform X to make a direct request of the platform’s billionaire owner, Elon Musk. The Grammy winner asked Musk to reinstate the “audio post” feature for users.

According to Variety, it is not likely that the artist will get her way regarding this request. The assessment stems from the manner in which she addressed the tech mogul. In the same breath as her request, she slammed Musk with a series of personal insults.

Doja Cat referred to Musk as a “frog build looking bitch” and a “barrel chested Ewok.” She further insulted his appearance, stating, “You look like you eat sand.” The post began with the phrase, “Hey Elon if u see this please...” before continuing with the disparaging remarks.

The interaction places a spotlight on the dynamic between prominent entertainment figures and the leadership of the social media platform. By combining a feature request with such specific insults, the musician may have jeopardized the likelihood of the platform implementing the change she seeks.
